A lovely mixture of rock tunes, commercial pop, folk, ballad and even a little alternative. I do not believe I can ever recall hearing a whole CD where I can remember and (more importantly) understand all the lyrics of each track, until I listened to Hiya'. Sharp Practise has an unusual sound but not in the weird sense but more a mainstream fusionistic approach with a positive outlook and creativity which is vibrant to say the least. They are gaining much media attention world wide and why wouldn't they? When you present to the public a release such as this one with a lovely mixture of rock tunes, commercial pop, folk, ballad and even a little alternative. I sense a little Pink Floyd, or some similarity to Supertramp, maybe not unlike Billy Joel but very original hence why it is hard to really pinpoint the exact sound that is presented here. All the songs hold that equal quality of high standard musicianship which for the most part evades majority of artists, so in essence what I am saying here is that Sharp Practise has eleven potential number one hits here. I have no doubt in my mind that all ages would enjoy Hiya'.
Sharp Practise is some very interesting music. Their modern pop/rock style has a great vibe to it.The vocals are very interesting and kept me
hanging on to every word. I like vocalist who have
that quality, because it gave me a reason not to
get bored like I would with your standard pop
vocalist. The lyrics are very well written, and the musicianship was very tight. The songs are
simplistic in nature, but they just made me feel
good. I was really surprised at how much I enjoyed
this band. After I heard the album the first time, I couldn't get them out of my mind. That told me that there was something special about this band and their music. The songs have a folk vibe to them, which gives the music a pure and realistic feel. That may have been the special quality. Whatever it is, I truly enjoyed it, and I believe that many others will also.

Radiocity Sharp Practise are a classic rock band but not an over the top screaming yelling rock n' roll monster, this is the sound of a band who like to keep things quiet and wouldn't say no to an acoustic set,... $5.99

Bring On The Summer - It’s a familiar story
Someone new has come
Tempted my love from me
And couldn’t see no harm
All they did was lie and leave
You saw that I was lost
You brought me back to this perfect life
The poem in my arms
Bring on the summer, ’cause the summer comes with your love
Bring on the summer, summer comes with your love
Bring on the summer, ’cause the summer comes with your love
Bring on the summer, summer comes with your love
It’s hard to get permission
When you want something new
Easy to be forgiven
So do what you gotta do
Before you came, my world was cold and grey
One pattern to it
Seems to me I wake up naïve
Lay down a cynic
Bring on the summer, ’cause the summer comes with your love
Bring on the summer, summer comes with your love
Bring on the summer, ’cause the summer comes with your love
Bring on the summer, summer comes with your love
Here they ride, my butterflies
In close formation
This is the first of summer’s signs
I gotta chase ’em
Bring on the summer, ’cause the summer comes with your love
Bring on the summer, summer comes with your love
Bring on the summer, ’cause the summer comes with your love
Bring on the summer, summer comes with your love
Bring on the summer, ’cause the summer comes with your love
Bring on the summer, summer comes with your love
Bring on the summer, ’cause the summer comes with your love
Bring on the summer, summer comes resplendent in your love
Na, na, la la la, ah ah ah ah,
Love, na, na, la la la, ah ah ah ah
Question Of Love - I am nobody, from the end of nowhere
I ain’t got nothing, no-one seems to care
But in this darkness that’s home to lovers and thieves
Pr’haps you can tell me who should I believe?
Talk to me, question of love
C’mon and answer me, question of love
How many secrets lie buried deep in your heart?
How many young men have perished in your arms?
Ain’t into buying some lonely heart off the shelf
I ain’t guilty but I won’t do time for no-one else
Talk to me, question of love
C’mon and answer me now, question of love
Make others rich all day
That just makes me angry
There must be something more than this
There must be something more than this
As hard as I try
I can’t see no point to my life
There must be something more than this
There must be something more than this
Talk to me, question of love
C’mon and answer me now, question of love
Talk to me, question of love
C’mon and answer me, question of love
Sound Of Rock - It’s all in the palette when you come to paint
A fine man in the morning, I’m making noise, not sense
Knew that I had something, saw dancing at the bar
It makes me feel like no-one has played guitar before
Live for the sound of rock
Live for the sound of rock
It’s all I need
Everything to me
It sets me free
I turned on the music to see the way ahead
I sought inspiration from voices of the dead
I wanna write the songs that you join in with your friends
I’ll drop in my pebble, see how I ride the wave
Live for the sound of rock
Live for the sound of rock
It’s all I need
Everything to me
It sets me free
Not a soul wanted to listen
Now they want me to sing it with ’em
Live for the sound of rock
Live for the sound of rock
It’s all I need
Everything to me
It sets me free, sets me free
Live for the sound of rock, live for the sound of rock
Live for the sound of rock, live for the sound of rock
Live for the sound of rock
